Press On, Press On...

A Renaissance Woman? Yes, I do deem myself as such, however, only a chosen few have been exposed to my many gifts. Now I am at an age where I want to share my gifts with the masses. Not for popularity or gain, solely because I feel that I can broaden the world view of someone that doesn't think there is life outside of the four block radius.

You know who they are. Your folks from around the way that you grew up with, but never left the hood. If that is your choice, then fine, however, there is so much more to see. There is so much more for me to see as well. My dreams of visiting Egypt, Italy, Paris, and Ghana will come into fruition because I see myself there already.

Mastering the thought process is not an easy task, but I can say that quite often I get Deja Vu and find myself in a place that I visualized a year before. If this cycle is real, then I am looking forward to whatever is to come.

What's your vision for your life? Do you see the light, ever? I know it sounds hokey, but ever since I was a child, I always had a vision for myself. I hear it's called the power of positive thinking. Do I bout with negativity? Everyday. It's a constant battle, especially for a woman like me who has battled with demons for most of her adult life. I choose to fight daily for my sanity. I have too much to live for to allow the evils to prevail. Do they sometimes? Sure, but never for more than a day or two. That's the limit I permit to sulk and then, I have to pick myself up, dust myself off, and keep on movin'...DON'T STOP!!!

Peace and Love to all,
